Formed by the fusion of two bands: Total Death and Orchriste.

When Jensen and Bino moved to Gothenburg around 1997, Mique, Tony and Johan continued with Seance. Richard from Witchery joined the band. They did some new songs and were supposed to sign a record deal with Necropolis Records and release a new album. But Mique left shortly after , the band split up in 1998.

Reformed in early 2008.
